Booking Details

Changeover day and times
- High season - bookings are Saturday (from 4pm to 7pm) to Saturday (7am to 10am): other times by arrangement, incurring small charge.
- Mid and low season - bookings taken from and to any day. (times are as above).
Deposit - A 30% deposit is required by cheque or bank transfer when booking, payable in GBP or EURs.
Booking confirmation - You will receive a booking confirmation upon receipt of the deposit and the link to our online apartment guides.
Balance - The balance is due 6 weeks before the arriving day.
Security Deposit - a £250 security deposit is required (6 weeks prior) and refundable on your return if the inventory and state of the property is satisfactory.
Linen - if required, sheets and towels are payable on arrival (15 Euros per bed, inc 2 large and 2 small towels).
Cleaning - if required, payable on arrival (40 Euros). An extra 20 Euros will be taken out of the security deposit if the apartment requires more than 2 hours cleaning time.
Non smokers only, pets at owners discretion only (please enquire)
Long Lets - There are substantial discounts available for long winter lets (please ask).

Travel Methods

Air Travel

Low Cost Airlines...

Car Hire- from airports recommended, except Perpignan (bus and train). Once in Port-Vendres, car hire is not essential.

Train Travel - Trains from London St Pancras to Perpignan & Perpignan to Port Vendres.

Driving - from Calais allow about 11 to 12 hours (730 miles / 1,170 km).

Boat/Car - Cruise down to Bilbao, or Santander, then drive across the foothills of the Pyrenees to Port-Vendres (425 miles / 680 km)

	Frog Bus - Express service from Girona Airport to Perpignan in just over an hour. - SKI SHUTTLE: Return day trip from Perpignan to Pyrenees 2000/Font Romeu/Les Angles (get a full days skiing!)
	1 Euro Bus Travel anywhere between the Cebere to Perpignan route for just one Euro! The bus stop is just the other side of the place d'obelisque (2 mins walk from the apartment).
